Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products are non-returnable. Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item.
We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially processed.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@nnery.online.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser, and they will be notified of your return.

How to Return Your Product

  • You will be responsible for covering shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are returning an item valued at more than $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
